Invigilator / Proctor

About the role
This is a temporary, part-time onsite position in New Delhi. The Test Administrator is responsible for maintaining secure exam delivery while providing a professional and welcoming experience for candidates.
Schedule
Work schedules are flexible, with operational shifts generally between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Candidates should also be available for extended shifts up to 11:00 PM during peak business periods.
Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and company policies with careful judgment
- Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain examination procedures
- Proctor and invigilate candidates during examinations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including sanitizing keyboards after each exam session
Requirements
- Graduate in a relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
