Responsibilities

  • Respond to client and investor requests including but not limited to:
    • Granting access to the investor portal
    • Updating investor information
    • Assisting with new investor onboarding
    • Financial information questions
  • Aid in completing audit documents
  • Aid with ad-hoc projects such as:
    • Financial and Tax reporting
    • Capital call and distribution tracking
    • Wire preparation
  • Compile and organize investor CRM information with updated and accurate client information
  • Communicate and provide information to the technology team to set up client portals
  • Create and run Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports and update AML database as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the engagement team and Onboarding team by generating reports, gathering, providing information, updating systems and other administrative needs
  • Support financial reporting, tax preparation, audit preparations and other fund administration activities
  • Manage project deadlines, client requests and ongoing projects and tasks
  • Responsible for securing and handling sensitive financial and personal data
  • Maintain dialogue and build relationships with client personnel and investors (LPs)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in a client-oriented office environment, preferably in a related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic self-starter with ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to take on any task, no matter how small
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate to team members
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with senior personnel across the firm

Pay

$52,000-62,000 annually. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
