Preparing/reviewing responses to information requests from investors in the BXCI business, providing portfolio and financial information as needed
Creating portfolio updates with the investment teams for liquid credit funds and SMAs
Working on recurring client reporting for various funds and products
Maintenance of fund level / portfolio level talking points
Working on various ad-hoc internal and external presentations
Ad hoc report requests (e.g. pulling list of investors for a specific fund etc.)
Preparing meeting agenda and presentation materials and organizing prep sessions for existing client meetings
Closely working with members of the deal team, accounting, legal, tax, and marketing to coordinate the writing and delivery of notices to investors on a timely basis
Liaising with fund accounting, investor services, legal, tax and finance teams to source information for specific investors for LP performance summaries and various requests, overseeing and managing timely delivery of information
Maintaining investor request database and tracking the status of outstanding inquiries in BX Nexus
Aiding in the dissemination of general correspondence with investors and internal requests
Aiding in the maintenance and postings of investor information on BXAccess portal, which organizes and manages BXCI investor information
Interfacing with members of the firm’s global credit and insurance team, ICS team, accounting group, and other groups within the firm to evaluate new investor requests to ensure consistency
Assisting in onboarding new funds to existing platforms, including detailed review of underlying LP and fund organizational documents
Identifying and driving opportunities to improve, automate and streamline strategic processes across various BXCI functions and processes
Maintaining close collaboration with portfolio managers and other internal partners throughout Blackstone to strengthen existing client relationships and address investor reporting needs
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. 3+ years of experience at an alternative asset management firm (preferably in an investor relations or product management role with Credit experience) is required. An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting is preferred, but not required. A CPA or graduate degree is preferred, but not required. Strong understanding of financial markets and experience with credit strategies is necessary. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Strong analytical skills, time management skills, detail oriented and highly organized are required. Possesses a strong work ethic, professional integrity, a team player with a positive attitude, strong oral and written communication skills, works well in a dynamic environment and handles multiple projects, and a self-starter that thrives on complexity and seeking solutions.

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $150,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
