A leading investment-specialist affiliate of a major asset manager provides customized financing solutions to middle market private equity firms with over $60 billion in committed capital.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with IR/BD team members and senior leadership on fundraising support
- Maintain master roadshow calendar
- Monitor public LP meeting minutes, board documents, and investment committee materials to flag mandate changes, allocation decisions, and new alternatives approvals relevant to the firm's strategy
- Organize fundraising process leveraging CRM (meeting notes, investor tracking and report creation)
- Prepare and maintain fundraising plans, marketing materials, presentations, one-page summaries, performance tables, and due diligence documents
- Assist with answering day-to-day investor inquiries
- Timely and accurate completion of investor question responses, diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) and follow-up items from both investor and internal meetings
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly reporting for various investment entities, coordinating with compliance and client service for error-free, on-time delivery to investors
- Implementation and ongoing management of CRM system
Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 8 years of investor relations and/or related work experience in a related field and a strong undergraduate track record
- Strong Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills
- Solid communication (written & oral), organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and urgency
Pay
Salary: $150,000 plus bonus
