Investor Relations Associate

Join a leading investment management firm with a strong history of success in commercial real estate. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to lead our fundraising initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the founder and a Managing Director, providing a platform for growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance marketing materials and pitch decks.
• Prepare for investor presentations and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
• Interface with prospective investors and gather feedback.
• Contribute to strategic planning and future fundraising initiatives.

Work Environment

• Onsite: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
• Hours: 9am - 5pm with some overtime expected during busier periods

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Investor Relations and Fundraising.
• Background in Commercial Real Estate.
