Investor Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day investor relations operations and events
• Aid with the earnings process, including script and presentation development
• Plan and execute investor marketing initiatives, including conferences and roadshows
• Drive engagement plans to identify potential large shareholders
• Analyze business fundamentals and reactions to corporate actions
• Monitor shareholder concerns and enhance communication strategies
• Leverage AI for operational efficiency in investor relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Ability to analyze financial statements and valuation models
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
• High curiosity and a desire to learn about capital markets and the software sector
