Investor Relations Associate

About the role

Investor Relations Associates are responsible for maintaining relationships with institutional investors, media, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor relations activities including conference calls, webcasts, and presentations.
• Prepare and distribute investor materials such as earnings releases, press releases, and SEC filings.
• Respond to inquiries from investors and analysts.
• Coordinate with corporate communications and legal teams on investor-related matters.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance investor understanding and confidence in the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEC regulations and best practices in investor relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
