Investor Relations Analyst

Position Summary

Quantinno is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our fast-growing firm. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced investment environment. The Investor Relations team is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy and client-facing activities. The Analyst will be highly involved in sales and marketing initiatives, helping to retain and expand our client base. They will also be involved with all aspects of the team’s workstreams, including business operations, portfolio analytics, and trading coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics or similar from a top institution
• 1-3 years experience in investment banking, asset management, quantitative finance, and/or similar role
• Excellent analytical ability and advanced Excel / PowerPoint (Python coding a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to meaningfully contribute to strategic dialogue

Pay

The salary range for this role will be between $115,000 and $145,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and other benefits eligible to employees. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.

This position follows a 4:1 hybrid work model, out of our New York City office.
