Investor Relations Analyst/Associate (Private Equity)

Title: Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate (Private Equity) Salary: $115,000-$140,000 base salary (eligible for annual bonuses) Company Overview: Our client is a mid-sized private equity firm headquartered in New York. They are seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate to join its lean IR team in New York. Key Responsibilities:Support communications with existing and prospective institutional investors Prepare investor materials including quarterly reports, presentations, DDQs, and fund updatesWork closely with the investment team on portfolio and performance information for investorsMaintain marketing materials, product information, and investor databasesSupport product management initiatives and other ad hoc Investor Relations projects Qualifications:2-4 years of relevant experience Previous experience in an Investor Relations project management seat Direct exposure to Private Equity strategies requiredStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating investor-facing materialsDetail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a lean team environment
