Responsibilities

  • Relationship Manager Support (Core)
    • Support Relationship Managers across the full investor lifecycle: outreach, diligence, onboarding, and ongoing servicing.
    • Own meeting logistics and follow-up: agendas, notes, action items, and timely investor communications.
    • Maintain high-touch coverage of client and prospect requests, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy.
  • Due Diligence & Investor Requests
    • Coordinate due diligence materials (DDQs/RFPs, data requests, performance/portfolio content, operational/legal follow-ups) in partnership with internal teams.
    • Manage Q&A processes and track responses to ensure completeness and adherence to deadlines.
    • Maintain an organized diligence library and version control for investor-facing materials.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Customization
    • Create and maintain recurring reporting and tracking packages for Relationship Managers and Sales leadership.
    • Build clean, executive-ready dashboards and trackers (Excel/PowerPoint/CRM) that summarize pipeline, outreach activity, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
    • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance reporting workflows, summarize investor activity, and improve accuracy and efficiency across recurring deliverables.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Client Lead Coverage
    • Track and “cover” client leads by ensuring they are logged correctly, assigned, and progressed through the funnel.
    • Maintain accurate CRM data hygiene: contact updates, meeting notes, opportunity stages, and activity tracking.
    • Monitor follow-ups and deadlines; proactively surface stale opportunities, open diligence items, and bottlenecks.
    • Identify opportunities to apply AI and workflow automation to streamline CRM updates, diligence tracking, and internal sales support processes.
  • Institutional Sales Support
    • Provide day-to-day sales support to the Institutional team: materials preparation, follow-ups, coordination of internal resources, and execution support for campaigns/roadshows.
    • Aid in prospecting support (where applicable): list management, segmentation, and outreach coordination.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Institutional Sales Support, Client Service, or Alternatives distribution—manager / private credit / PE / real assets platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, or related preferred).
  • FINRA licenses required (e.g., Series 7 and Series 63); or ability to obtain quickly (state your firm’s requirement here).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished client-facing judgment.
  • Familiarity with alternative investments and institutional diligence processes (DDQs/RFPs, performance reporting, fund materials) strongly preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000
