Investor Onboarding Associate

About the role

FSG supports the entire life-cycle of our clients’ private funds and management companies, focusing on operational excellence and providing services such as investment execution, investor experience, and compliance, finance, and human resource solutions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments into clients’ funds
• Managing ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platforms
• Opening and maintaining brokerage accounts for client’s funds
• Managing e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely manner
• Conducting quality control processes around investor onboarding documentation, systems, and processes

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits, base salary commensurate with experience and success ($45,000 to $60,000 annually), and quarterly bonuses that offer unlimited potential growth (1/3rd of our profits are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter).

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000.

Schedule

We are primarily a remote work company, but some in-person training or support time may be required for this role, depending on the needs of our clients.
