Who We Are Looking For

Cornestone Home Lending is seeking an experienced Investor Delivery Specialist to support our team. Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the delivery of files to investors and documentation requirements
• Deliver loans to investors using preferred methods such as data transfer, PDF upload, or paper filing through shipping services or a combination of these methods
• Perform certifications every morning for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans
• Resolve any certification issues to ensure loans can be purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• 2+ years of continuous Mortgage Closing or Processing experience preferred
• A clear focus on detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies in data/documents
• Excellent PC skills needed
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and supervisors about needs or issues
• A detail and multi-task oriented approach
• The capability to think creatively and try different approaches if the initial method doesn’t work
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• The ability to assist and train other employees when needed
