What You'll Do
You'll partner with leaders across Investments, Leasing, Property Management, Accounting, Development, and Construction to:
- Evaluate acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and capital investment opportunities through financial modeling and underwriting analysis.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and strategic planning.
- Analyze operating performance, leasing activity, tenant sales, market trends, and competitive dynamics to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support transaction execution, due diligence, and asset onboarding activities.
- Help drive annual business plans, capital initiatives, and strategic asset management programs.
- Create executive presentations, investment memoranda, portfolio reporting, and performance analyses that support major business decisions.
- Build reporting dashboards, performance metrics, and decision-support tools.
- Identify process improvements that enhance underwriting, reporting, forecasting, and portfolio management workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, investments, valuation, consulting, lending, commercial real estate finance, or related disciplines.
- Strong financial modeling, underwriting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience underwriting retail real estate assets such as outlet centers, lifestyle centers, regional malls, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience creating Investment Committee presentations and transaction analyses.
- Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization platforms, and AI-enabled analytical tools.
- Exposure to leasing analysis, asset management planning, and capital investment underwriting.
