Investment Research Professional, Private Credit Secondaries

Position Overview

Aksia is seeking an investment research professional to join our Investment Research team, focusing on private credit secondary investments and to a lesser extent co-investments and primaries. This position can be based in Aksia's New York office or in our Chicago or San Diego offices, or remote and will include regular interaction with global colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• 4-10+ years of experience working with private market secondaries (GP with secondaries practice, fund of funds, institutional investor, private markets consultant, secondaries advisor, etc.)
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and underwriting skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to offer new ideas
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with limited oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to think analytically and critically
