About the role

Join our team of Investment Real Estate Agents in Saddle Brook, NJ. We are seeking motivated individuals who can assist in acquiring and managing investment properties.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients for investment opportunities
• Prepare and present investment property listings to clients
• Manage the entire transaction process from listing to closing
• Provide market analysis and advice on investment strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry

Requirements

• Valid real estate license
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in investment real estate preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some travel may be required.
