Overview

We are seeking an investment-fluent planning professional to join our growing advisory team. This role blends portfolio construction, market insight, and client-facing planning, supporting a planning-led wealth management approach.

Financial Planning & Client Engagement

  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial plans, integrating investments with broader client goals
  • Translate investment recommendations into clear, client-friendly planning narratives
  • Actively participate in client meetings, with a clear path toward presenting analysis and recommendations
  • Evaluate prospective client situations and articulate opportunities through a planning-led framework

Team Collaboration & Process Contribution

  • Partner closely with lead advisors to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
  • Improve workflows, reporting, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Support a high-performing team environment through collaboration and shared accountability

Communications

  • Communicate strategies clearly and confidently to the team
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal teams to facilitate efficient processes
  • Engage in client communication ensuring professionalism and clarity
  • Actively contribute to client meetings, with the expectation of presenting analysis and recommendations over time
  • Explain complex investment concepts in clear, practical terms grounded in client goals

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, investments, or financial planning
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Progress toward or completion of CFP® preferred; CFA or other investment-focused credentials a plus
  • Series 7/66 and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 with bonus potential
