Investment Phone Specialist - JPMorgan Wealth Management - Tempe, AZ
Job Responsibilities
Aid clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and identify investment needs with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience over the telephone. Discuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs. Enhance business efficiency by quickly answering calls, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactions. Document all client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Licensing (one of the following): Valid and active Series 7 and Series 63 or SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent) must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Strong compliance record in prior position(s) and ability to hold a registration in all 50 states.
- Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and requests as well as identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 1 or more years of relevant retail or financial service customer service experience.
- Flexibility, self-motivation, coachability, and passion for helping people.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to display a high level of professionalism, and adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base.

Department Hours
The department operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 8 PM EST, Saturday from 8 AM – 5 PM EST. The working hours for this role will be assigned and may vary based on the department's operating hours. Candidates may be required to work non-standard schedules.
