Grow relationships and drive growth in the Emerging Investor Market. Help clients in this market grow and protect their wealth through strategic investments and exceptional service.

About the Role

This role combines relationship management, business development, and investment oversight, offering the opportunity to make a visible impact while working with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development within the Emerging Investor Market through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Create and execute marketing, retention, and growth strategies
  • Conduct calls with prospective and existing clients to identify needs, opportunities, and service enhancements
  • Schedule and coordinate client and prospect meetings
  • Represent the investment platform with confidence and credibility
  • Prepare and present client and prospect investment presentations and proposals
  • Facilitate risk assessments and discuss investment priorities and objectives
  • Provide education on asset allocation strategies and available investment models
  • Participate in annual client meetings to evaluate portfolio performance versus financial goals
  • Contribute to monitoring investment performance against benchmarks
  • Aid in portfolio and account administration, including client enrollment and onboarding, account setup, asset transfers, and allocation model registration
  • Maintain accurate records and support ongoing account maintenance
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management committees as assigned
  • Stay current on laws and regulations impacting investment accounts, IRAs, and asset allocation
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented, client-first approach

Requirements

  • College degree in business, economics, or finance preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of business development experience
  • Working knowledge of securities, mutual funds, and model portfolio management
  • Proven marketing, product development, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including public speaking
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; financial planning software experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands
