Investment Guidance Specialist

About the role

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Guidance Specialists to provide strategic, operational, and investment guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors. This is an independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy
• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, helping them build internal capacity and credibility
• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
• Build a verified Specialist Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

Requirements

• Experience as an operator, ex-investment banker, fund manager, or senior consultant
• A proven record of advising on or closing capital transactions

Qualifications

• Track record of providing actionable investment guidance
• Ability to provide high-level strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal activation
• No requirement for day-to-day transactional modeling unless approved

Skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial modeling and deal structuring
• Knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and related industries

Benefits

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope
• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals
• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure
• No cap on earning potential for consistently high-value contributions
