Responsibilities
- Represent public and private real estate companies in various transactions
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings of commercial real estate
- Oversee complex financings and development projects
- Engage with institutional and financial investors
- Produce high-quality deliverables within deadlines
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of employment
- 6+ years managing structured securities offerings
- Direct AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
