Job Description
As an Investment Director, you will be an integral member of a small team with meaningful responsibility across the investment process. Your primary contributions will include:
- Conducting diligence on new and existing managers across asset classes.
- Performing quantitative and qualitative assessments, analysis of portfolio construction and holdings, and diligence calls.
- Engaging with managers directly—through calls, meetings, and in-depth review of materials.
- Leading and contributing to internal discussions that determine whether to make or maintain an investment, and if so, how much capital to invest.
Education & Skills
- Attributes – Curious, analytical, intellectually honest, driven, persistent, collaborative.
- Education – Undergraduate degree with demonstrated achievement. Graduate degree or CFA is valued.
- Experience – Possess direct investment experience and pursued interests that lead to informed and differentiated decision-making.
- Interests – Broad interests that uniquely shape your perspectives as an investor.
Pay Range
$187,200.00 USD – $228,800.00 USD
