Investment & Deal Data Contributor

This remote finance work role is for a U.S.-based investment banking analyst, private equity associate, or corporate development professional who has supported M&A with financial modeling, valuation, comparable-company analysis, due diligence in virtual data rooms, deal sourcing, and deal pipeline tracking, including experience using FactSet, Datasite, or DealCloud. Relevant data includes authorized data rooms, financial models, deal trackers, comps, diligence materials, and other IB or PE Excel files. Apply by submitting a 1–2 representative data sample on the marketplace and saying how many relevant datasets, exports, or files you can contribute. Submit a FactSet, Datasite, DealCloud, financial-model, deal-tracker, comps, diligence, or data-room sample. Samples should be real professional work, not synthetic or AI-generated. Only submit materials you own or are legally authorized to license. All samples must be fully redacted and must not contain confidential information, personal data, credentials, security secrets, employer or client information, or material nonpublic information.
