Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships, uncover needs, and recommend solutions
  • Present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility

Requirements

  • Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Extensive knowledge of investment solutions
  • Coachable, collaborative, and curious
  • Motivated by results and finding solutions
  • Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications (CFP or equivalent helpful; tuition reimbursement available if you do not already have one)

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $74,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package; the offer may also include bonus or other variable compensation depending on eligibility.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
