Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in outbound calls to existing Schwab clients to uncover opportunities through needs-based analysis.
• Position appropriate products and solutions based on client needs.
• Observe and learn from experienced Financial Consultants (FCs).
• Deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• A valid and active Series 7 license required.
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (obtainable within 120 days of employment).
• A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (obtainable within 120 days of employment).
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry (required).
• Financial business development experience (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services.
• Strong client relationship building experience.

Qualifications

• High performance, quality service, and execution of Schwab strategy essential.

Skills

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred.
