About the Role
As a member of the Investment Banking Technology team, you will work with the team's senior bankers on servicing and executing client transactions. This role combines deep sector expertise with technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- A combination of execution and client coverage including; valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management
- Business and industry research and analysis
- Preparation of transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables
- Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers assigned to projects
Qualifications
- Outstanding academic qualifications: MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable, but not required
- A minimum of 6-10 years of total investment banking experience
- Demonstrated track record within the Technology sector is a requirement for this role; specific Software experience is strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- SIE, Series 63 and 79

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $275K/year.
