About the role
This is an opportunity to play a key role advising corporate and sponsor-backed clients on a wide range of capital raising transactions, while working alongside senior bankers on high-profile mandates across industries. Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of equity, debt, and other capital markets transactions.
- Manage transaction processes from origination through execution and closing.
- Develop and review financial analyses, valuation materials, offering memoranda, investor presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, accountants, and other transaction participants.
- Support senior bankers in business development efforts and client relationship management.
- Monitor capital markets activity, industry trends, and investor sentiment.
- Mentor and manage Analysts and Associates, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and strategic advisory discussions.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on capital markets.
- Experience executing equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), convertible, or other financing transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously.
- Experience leading junior team members and reviewing work product.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus but not required.
