Responsibilities

• Attracting and working with high-potential candidates for advancement
• Engaging in meaningful M&A transactions, particularly on the sell-side
• Utilizing strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling
• Writing compelling selling memorandums and presentations
• Building relationships and establishing trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining a highly motivated and collaborative team spirit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
• Significant experience in M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling
• Exceptional business writing skills
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Motivated and team-oriented personality

Pay

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location, and other factors.
