Investment Banking Senior Analyst | Technology

Job Description

As an Experienced Analyst, you will:

• Work with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clients
• Support teams working on M&A as well as equity / debt capital raises
• Research economic and industry-specific developments
• Analyze financial statements and other investment attributes of publicly traded as well as private companies
• Help prepare marketing materials and other presentations

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of investment banking experience (technology coverage preferred)
• Strong academic track record, with a background in finance, accounting, business or economics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to never stop learning
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product
• Ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflicts
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and act independently
• Comfort presenting to and engaging with senior colleagues, clients, and counterparties
• Commitment to the firm and our clients

The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $120,000-$130,000 Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
