Investment Banking Healthcare M&A Associate

Responsibilities

• Preparing client presentations
• Drafting offering memoranda
• Preparing internal committee memoranda
• Preparing management and board presentations and other materials for senior bankers as required
• Transaction execution involving direct client interaction and communication
• Congratulating and performing business due diligence
• Executing M&A transactions
• Conducting extensive financial modeling and valuation
• Supporting new business and marketing initiatives as appropriate
• Assessing industry research and trends
• Training and mentoring Analysts on the team

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A investment banking, preferably Healthcare focused
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail and consistency in work product
• A high degree of maturity, integrity, demonstrated leadership skills and work ethic
• Organized and proactive

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
