Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research within a specific sector
• Support live M&A, equity, debt, and restructuring transactions for coverage clients
• Prepare pitch books, management presentations, investment memoranda, and client updates
• Assist with due diligence, data room coordination, and transaction execution
• Maintain client materials, market updates, and valuation databases
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers on client strategy, origination, and relationship management

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Solid understanding of investment banking and corporate finance fundamentals
