About the role

We are seeking professionals with investment banking experience at top firms to coach students and early-career candidates pursuing roles in investment banking. Coaches help mentees prepare for recruiting through resume reviews, behavioral and technical interview preparation, and guidance on navigating the banking recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Provide resume reviews and behavioral and technical interview preparation to mentees
• Offer guidance on navigating the banking recruiting process
• Set your own hours and rates
• Host sessions virtually
• Partner with Leland's team to deliver a high-quality coaching experience

Requirements

• Worked at leading investment banks
• Have experience interviewing or hiring candidates
• Can provide practical insight into what top firms look for

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
