Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of investment banking experience or closely related experience
• Experience with financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for Birmingham-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
