Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team to enhance AI models' reasoning in finance. Your expertise will define benchmarks and improve model accuracy in financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vet the quality of finance knowledge work tasks and model outputs.
• Write high-quality instruction specs and produce golden solutions to financial problems.
• Design challenging finance tasks and evaluation sets.
• Work with client researchers to translate financial judgment into explicit criteria.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in the domain at a recognized institution.
• Genuine specialization in at least one core finance discipline.
• Progression to a senior individual-contributor or leadership level.
• An advanced degree or recognized professional credential is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on working use of large language models in professional work.

Skills

• Strong analytical approach to reviewing and improving professional content.
• High level of consistency when assessing technical and transactional accuracy.
• Comfortable managing deliverables with minimal supervision.

$100-$150 per hour
