Responsibilities

• Attracting and engaging the very best professionals with genuine potential and interest for advancement within the firm.
• Working on M&A transactions.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
• Providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Having strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Being highly motivated, a team player, and having strong attention to detail.
• Participating in advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate & venture services.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of investment banking experience.

Pay

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
