We are currently partnered with a leading middle‑market investment bank seeking an Investment Banking Senior Associate / Vice President to join its Investment Banking team in Dallas, TX. The team is highly active, lean, and offers significant exposure to senior leadership and clients. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios.
• Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions.
• Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of Investment Banking Experience.
• Strong closed‑deal experience is required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Based in or open to relocation to Dallas, TX.
