About the role

This individual will serve as a generalist with potential exposure to our various consumer verticals. The associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare valuations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Investment Banking experience and prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution
  • Degree in finance, business, management plus other related degrees
  • Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop trust with clients and internal partners
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
  • Motivated, team player with an interest and ability to learn in an energetic and challenging environment

Pay

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors.

Schedule

This position is full-time.
