Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry, company, and financial analysis across industrials subsectors
• Build and review financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
• Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
• Support due diligence and transaction execution across mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets mandates
• Collaborate with senior bankers on strategic advisory initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Investment Banking, Corporate Development or Private Equity experience
• A background in the Industrials sector with meaningful M&A transaction experience is a plus but not required
• M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
• MBA or Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
