About the role

We are currently partnered with a leading middle-market investment bank seeking an Investment Banking Senior Associate and Vice President to join its Investment Banking team in Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios.
• Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions.
• Aid in the day-to-day deal and project execution.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research.

Requirements

• 4+ Years of Investment Banking Experience
• Strong closed-deal experience is required
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ties to Atlanta or a clear, compelling reason to be based in Little Rock, AR is required
