Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and prepare analyses on companies, industries, capital markets, and financial performance (historical and projected).
- Build and refine financial models, valuation analyses, capital structure assessments, marketing materials, and client presentations.
- Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence and process management.
- Aid in developing pitch books for prospective clients, industry coverage efforts, and advisory initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance databases for investors, financing sources, and clients to optimize deal marketing and execution.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage appropriate investors for ongoing and upcoming transactions.
- Mentor and support junior analysts and interns to ensure high-quality work output.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of investment banking experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting financial and operational due diligence.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Chicago or willing to relocate.
