You will work on a variety of assets and assignments across the sector, supporting the REGAL team while interacting with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fast and unparalleled customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, expectations, and financial goals to develop and propose appropriate investment banking solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business, financial goals, and industry trends.
• Generate ideas and identify opportunities that expand the bank’s client base and create new business opportunities.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on client companies to assess their financial health and valuation.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review, draft, and maintain legal documentation required for transactions, including contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Research, and Risk Management, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Champion Energy Transition and Sustainability by engaging with clients on their climate, transition strategies, and sustainable finance opportunities where applicable.
• Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources (if applicable).
• Develop technical expertise in your work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate.
• Partner with other functions and business areas to ensure seamless integration and execution.
• Take responsibility for end results of a team’s operational processing and activities.
• Escalate breaches of policies or procedures appropriately and take responsibility for embedding new policies due to risk mitigation.
• Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise.

Requirements

• Experience with financial modeling and evaluation.
• Ability to dissect income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and debt transactions.
• Experience supporting M&A, IPO, and secondary offering processes.
• Corporate finance coverage of the REGAL sector.

Skills

• Project management.
• Proficiency with Training the Street, Wall Street Prep, FactSet, or Bloomberg.
• Ability to comprehend technical real estate concepts.
• Real estate experience.
• Understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
• Financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and macroeconomic analysis.

Pay

Base salary range: $110,000 – $135,000.
