We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse posting. Content: - Intro: BryantCorp description, looking for investment and finance leader. Multi-faceted role focusing on investment management, portfolio strategy, accounting and finance leadership. Investment side: underwrite acquisitions and developments, manage models, support financings and recapitalizations from term sheet through closing. Over time role can expand to operational front: management of leases/tenants, treasury functions, incentive compensation, involvement in many other areas. - Growth: description of company, projects, clean slate to build scalable finance functions, goal to grow into CFO seat. - Basic Responsibilities: list bullet points: - Transaction support - Development financings and recapitalizations, term sheets, diligence, closings - Portfolio Management - Portfolio analysis and reporting to ownership and capital partners - Modeling - Build and own our company models; development pro formas, sources and uses, returns waterfalls, sensitivities - Accounting - monthly close, audit and tax coordination, and outside CPA relationship - Systems – own the finance stack, including Yardi, and reporting that comes out of it - Cash management - accounts payable / receivable - Operating company P&L - budget, allocations, fee structures, cash flow management - Investment company P&Ls - hotel reporting and flow-through analysis, commercial property-level real estate accounting, lender and partner reporting - Ability and desire to work in office for majority of week (Raleigh, NC) - Qualifications: - At least 2-5 years investment banking, accounting or related relevant experience - Desire to grow and learn in your role; you don't need to bring all the tools with you, but you need a mindset of continuous improvement - Critical skills include high attention to detail and ability to leverage technology, AI, and tools to enhance process - Nice to have experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, multi-entity accounting - CPA or CFA certifications are a plus - Desire to build a long-term career in a privately-owned and diversified real estate business - Compensation Range (commensurate with experience) - Salary: $125,000-$150,000 per year - Bonus: 10%-20% of salary based on project- and performance-based targets - Profit Share Bonus based on overall portfolio performance - Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - Competitive vacation policies (we're a hotel company after all) - 401(k) with company match - Discounted hotel stays - Training and career development opportunities - About BryantCorp: description of culture-first family business, portfolio, develop/buy and long-term hold investment strategy, property manager functions, roots, belief in in-office 3-4 days per week. - EEO etc: remove boilerplate. We need sections: About the role (maybe intro?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills? The posting includes "Critical skills include..." which could go under Skills. Also "Nice to have experience..." could be under Qualifications or Skills. We'll decide. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience" as heading? Actually we should not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits, so we can include Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: posting mentions ability to work in office majority of week (Raleigh, NC) and later "please expect 3-4 days per week to be in-office." That's schedule info, we can include Schedule section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" as content; but we can include Pay section with salary range etc. The phrase "Compensation Range (commensurate with experience)" is a heading but we should not repeat that as heading; we can just put Pay section with details. We must not include sections like "About BryantCorp" maybe as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (intro description), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include Requirements unless there is specific content; we have Qualifications which covers requirements. Could also have Requirements but we can skip if not needed. We'll include Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we remove the EEO paragraph and E-Verify etc. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe none. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

BryantCorp, a family-owned developer, owner and operator of hotels and commercial real estate throughout the Southeast, is looking for our next investment and finance leader. This is a multi-faceted role with a focus on investment management, portfolio strategy and accounting and finance leadership. On the investment side, you will underwrite acquisitions and developments, manage the models, and support financings and recapitalizations from term sheet through closing. On the finance and accounting side, you will own our general ledger and the accounting and financial data across the company and our investment properties. You will report to and work alongside the company President. Over time this flexible role can expand on the operational front to include management of leases / tenants, treasury functions, incentive compensation, and involvement in many other areas of the business. BryantCorp is an established and diversified real estate business beginning its next phase of growth. We're currently managing projects throughout the Southeast, including a one-of-a-kind hotel project underway in Wilson, with more acquisitions under evaluation, and a full pipeline. You will have a clean slate to build out a scalable finance function, not inheriting one that already runs. Our goal is for this person to grow into the CFO seat as the company and team build out.

    Responsibilities

    • Transaction support - Development financings and recapitalizations, term sheets, diligence, closings
    • Portfolio Management - Portfolio analysis and reporting to ownership and capital partners
    • Modeling - Build and own our company models; development pro formas, sources and uses, returns waterfalls, sensitivities
    • Accounting - monthly close, audit and tax coordination, and outside CPA relationship
    • Systems – own the finance stack, including Yardi, and reporting that comes out of it
    • Cash management - accounts payable / receivable
    • Operating company P&L - budget, allocations, fee structures, cash flow management
    • Investment company P&Ls - hotel reporting and flow-through analysis, commercial property-level real estate accounting, lender and partner reporting
    • Ability and desire to work in office for majority of week (Raleigh, NC)

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-5 years investment banking, accounting or related relevant experience
    • Desire to grow and learn in your role; you don't need to bring all the tools with you, but you need a mindset of continuous improvement
    • Nice to have experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, multi-entity accounting
    • CPA or CFA certifications are a plus
    • Desire to build a long-term career in a privately-owned and diversified real estate business

    Skills

    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to leverage technology, AI, and tools to enhance process

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
    • Competitive vacation policies (we're a hotel company after all)
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Discounted hotel stays
    • Training and career development opportunities

    Pay

    • Salary: $125,000-$150,000 per year
    • Bonus: 10%-20% of salary based on project- and performance-based targets
    • Profit Share Bonus based on overall portfolio performance

    Schedule

Expect to work in-office 3-4 days per week (Raleigh, NC). Ability and desire to work in office for majority of week.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. The schedule bullet about ability to work in office appears also in Responsibilities; we could keep it only once. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in Responsibilities and also mention schedule. It's okay to have some overlap but we should avoid duplication? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate the same line. The ability to work in office appears both in Responsibilities and schedule. We should keep it only once. Let's keep it in Responsibilities (already there) and for Schedule we can just state the expectation: 3-4 days per week in-office (Raleigh, NC). Not repeat the ability line. Thus adjust Schedule section:

Expect to work in-office 3-4 days per week (Raleigh, NC).

Now check for any other duplicated lines: The phrase "Ability and desire to work in office for majority of week (Raleigh, NC)" appears only in Responsibilities; we removed from Schedule. Check for any other boilerplate: removed EEO and E-Verify. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience": we didn't include that as heading; we omitted that phrase. Good. Check for any missing substantive info: The intro about BryantCorp culture-first family business etc is in About the role paragraph; we included that after the initial description? Actually we included a paragraph about BryantCorp growth etc. We also need to include the "About BryantCorp Culture-first family business..." paragraph. We included some of that in About the role but maybe we missed some details: "Culture-first family business that develops, owns and manages a diverse portfolio of real estate, including hospitality, industrial and commercial. We pursue a develop/buy and long-term hold investment strategy. BryantCorp serves as property manager for our hotels and real estate portfolio, offering key functions such as accounting, HR, regional sales, revenue management and construction/project management. Our roots are in Owensboro, KY and our growth has been in the Triangle and greater North Carolina. We believe our best work happens when physically together, so please expect 3-4 days per week to be in-office." We incorporated some of that in About the role but we need to ensure we included all. Let's rewrite About the role to include all that content. We'll combine: "BryantCorp, a family-owned developer, owner and operator of hotels and commercial real estate throughout the Southeast, is looking for our next investment and finance leader. This is a multi-faceted role with a focus on investment management, portfolio strategy and accounting and finance leadership. On the investment side, you will underwrite acquisitions and developments, manage the models, and support financings and recapitalizations from term sheet through closing. On the finance and accounting side, you will own our general ledger and the accounting and financial data across the
