Investment Analyst, Portfolio Construction
Responsibilities
The Investment Analyst position is primarily responsible for contributing to a collaborative investment process within Old National Bank’s high net worth and institutional investment advisory business. The role involves research and analysis related to the portfolio construction process, which is multi-faceted, and will include:
- Assessing third party asset managers and their investment strategies
- Supporting the decision-making process related to short- and long-term asset allocation
- Applying risk management analytics across all levels of client portfolios
Requirements
Candidates who are qualified for this role will have prior investment research experience, will possess a thorough understanding of multi-asset portfolio management, and will bring solid quantitative skills along with experience with related tools and techniques.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or another related field
- 2-5 years’ experience related to investment analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel required; experience with any investment research databases (Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.) preferred
- CFA designation/progress toward designation favorably considered
Pay
The salary range for this position is $62,300 - $122,400 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
