Responsibilities
- Work with existing clients to deepen relationships.
- Be responsible for business development through client referrals, marketing events, and proactive calls to prospects.
- Use systems and tracking to maximize client retention.
- Provide sales support and marketing.
- Utilize software designed for customized client-focused solutions.
- Deliver ongoing advice to clients primarily during face-to-face meetings.
- Manage larger and more complex portfolios for clients.
Qualifications
- At least three years of demonstrated success in proactive sales, with a focus on delivering tailored client solutions within the financial services industry.
- A minimum of five years as a licensed advisor with strong financial planning expertise, or ten years of industry experience with an emphasis on portfolio management and/or financial planning.
- A commitment to building trusted relationships, providing personalized guidance, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
