Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace injuries and related claims
- Interview parties involved in accidents and gather evidence
- Prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations
- Work closely with legal teams and insurance providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in workers' compensation investigations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
