We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about company, then "Why join Progress?" etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO, privacy policy, application instructions (text "ProgressJobs" to 25000). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: The posting includes a job summary (maybe "About the role" or "Job Summary"). Then "Essential Functions" (Responsibilities). Then "Qualifications". Then "What You Can Expect From Us" (Benefits). There's no explicit Pay or Schedule specifics (just "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses" but not specific numbers; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions." That's somewhat generic but still mentions compensation. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits. So we can include Benefits section (maybe "Benefits") and maybe "Pay"? It says "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses". That's compensation info, albeit not specific numbers. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they state "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses". That's not filler; it's a statement. So we could include a Pay section with that sentence. However they also have a Benefits section with details. Could combine Compensation and Benefits into one Benefits section? The instruction: Use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately. We could have both Pay and Benefits sections if content exists. Let's see: Pay: "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions." That's enough. Benefits: list medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, generous time off (PTO based on tenure, 13 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday), ongoing learning and development, culture. So we can have both. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. We also need to include maybe "About the role" heading for the introductory paragraphs (the first paragraph about company and why join). The job summary also could be part of About the role. We'll include About the role with the descriptive paragraphs (excluding the "Want to learn more? Text ..." which is application instruction, remove). Also remove "Job Summary" heading? We'll not repeat job title as heading. We'll use About the role heading and put the summary text. Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. Qualifications: The qualifications section. Skills: Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills. Could we create Skills section from the bullet list of abilities? The qualifications section includes many ability statements. Might be better to keep them under Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for Skills if there is real specific content. The posting does not have a separate Skills heading; it's mixed. We could still create a Skills section from the ability list, but that would be inventing a section not present. Better to keep under Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from each section. Let's extract content. About the role: The introductory paragraphs before "Job Summary". Let's capture: "Your career has a home here. Ready to make an impact with a dynamic, forward-thinking company? As a leading property manager of single-family rental homes nationwide, we take great pride in creating an enjoyable living experience for our residents – and an empowering, people-first culture for our team members. That’s why, for two years in a row, our employees have voted Progress a certified Great Place to Work®. Why join Progress? As the demand for professionally managed rental homes continues to grow, so do the opportunities at Progress. We’re looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow with us, make a difference and be part of something meaningful." Also there is a line "Want to learn more? Text “ProgressJobs” to 25000 to chat with Kate, our AI Recruiting Assistant. She can help you explore open roles, apply, and answer your questions in real time." This is application instruction; remove. Also there is "Job Summary" heading but we should not repeat job title as heading; we can incorporate the Job Summary paragraph under About the role maybe. The Job Summary paragraph: "The Regional Safety & Security Partner serves as the primary field-based resource responsible for supporting safety, security, and risk management across assigned markets. This role partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Legal, and other business stakeholders to help protect employees, residents, company assets, and the organization’s reputation. The role combines investigative support, regional security oversight, workplace safety support, physical site security, and incident response with a strong emphasis on business partnership, sound judgment, and proactive risk mitigation. The Regional Safety & Security Partner is expected to operate as an embedded regional partner, supporting assigned markets through day-to-day consultation, incident response, safety/security training, and coordinated investigation activity." That is substantive; include under About the role. Thus About the role will contain those paragraphs. Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (many bullet points). We need to preserve each bullet as

  • . The list includes many sentences; we should keep them as list items. Qualifications: The paragraph starting with "Bachelor’s degree..." and then bullet-like sentences (though not formatted as list). We need to convert to
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The qualifications section includes multiple lines each ending with a period. We can treat each as a list item. Benefits: "What You Can Expect From Us" includes bullet points: Competitive Compensation..., Comprehensive Benefits Package..., Generous Time Off –, Ongoing Learning and Development -, A Culture that Celebrates You -. We'll make a Benefits section with those items as list. Pay: We could separate Compensation as Pay section: "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions." That's a single item. But note that Benefits section already includes "Competitive Compensation" as first bullet; if we separate Pay, we would duplicate. Better to keep Compensation under Benefits? The instruction says we can have Benefits and Pay separate if content exists. However the posting lumps compensation under "What You Can Expect From Us" as first bullet. To avoid duplication, we could make Pay section with that sentence, and Benefits section with the rest (excluding compensation). But then we would be splitting the original list; is that allowed? We must preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Splitting is okay as long as we keep all info. However we must not create a heading with filler text. The Pay heading would have specific content: "Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions." That's not filler. So we can do that. Thus Benefits section will contain: Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k) with company match and more. Generous Time Off – Enjoy PTO based on tenure, 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday. Ongoing Learning and Development - Quarterly summits, town hall meetings and continuous training to support your professional growth. A Culture that Celebrates You - We believe in collaboration, recognition and having fun while doing important work. We need to keep the dash punctuation as is. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
