About the role

The Workplace Investigator conducts prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into workplace misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.

Responsibilities

• Develop investigation plans
• Interview complainants and witnesses
• Collect evidence
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and credibility assessments
• Collaborate with management to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and improve processes
• Develop and deliver training on complaint handling, retaliation prevention, and workplace expectations

Requirements

• 2-5 years of investigative experience
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Relevant certifications preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information and navigate emotionally charged conversations
• Physical and mental stamina
• Independence and ability to travel
