About the role
As an Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations into potential violations of company policies and laws.
- Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results and recommendations.
- Work closely with legal and HR teams to address issues identified during investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminal justice, law, business).
- At least 3 years of experience in investigative roles or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
