We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Summary: "Investigative Registered Nurse (IRN) functions as advanced clinical and administrative investigator within the Quality Management Service. The nurse provides leadership and expert-level consultation in the evaluation of patient care events - documentation concerns - adverse outcomes - and organizational processes related to patient safety - clinical risk - and quality of care." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in a

. - Qualifications: The long block about Basic Requirements, Grade Determinations, etc. That's qualifications. Could be "Qualifications". Also there is "Physical Requirements" part. That could be under "Requirements" maybe. But we have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. The posting includes "Basic Requirements" (English proficiency, education, licensure). Then "Grade Determinations" (scope, education, dimension criteria). Then "Physical Requirements". Then "Duties". Then "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package:" which includes Pay, Benefits, Schedule, Telework, etc. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with content. Let's gather content: About the role: summary paragraph. Responsibilities: Duties section (list of duties). The duties are described in paragraph form with many sentences. Could be turned into

  • items? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The duties are not explicitly a list but we can break into items. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can convert sentences into list items. That's acceptable. Requirements: Could include Physical Requirements and maybe Basic Requirements? But Basic Requirements are more qualifications. The spec says we have separate Requirements and Qualifications sections. Usually Requirements could be licensure, education, experience. Qualifications could be grade determinations etc. But we need to decide. Better: Use "Requirements" for basic eligibility: English proficiency, education, licensure, etc. Use "Qualifications" for grade determinations, scope, education, dimension criteria. Use "Skills" maybe for leadership, expert-level consultation, etc. But we need to see if there is explicit skills content. The posting includes many skill-like statements: leadership, expert-level consultation, analysis, recommendations, data-driven improvements, etc. Could go under Skills. But we must not invent sections; we need real specific content. There is content for skills (like "Demonstrates leadership in improving care and systems through expert analysis - recommendations - and data-driven improvements", etc). So we can include Skills. Benefits: The VA total rewards package includes Pay, Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, Work Schedule, Telework, etc. So we can have Benefits section with items like Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, etc. Pay section: "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". Schedule: "Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm - subject to change based on the needs of the facility". Telework: "Available". Also note "This position is authorized for telework but has not been authorized as virtual or remote". Could be part of Schedule or Benefits? Probably Schedule. We must not include sections like "Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized" etc if not substantive? It's substantive but maybe not needed. However we could include under Benefits? But the instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. It does have that content, but we have no heading for that. Could we put under Benefits? It's not exactly benefit. Might be better to omit as not matching headings. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can skip relocation etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting didn't have explicit EEO but there is mention of "VA supports the use of telework". That's fine. Now produce HTML:
