Investigative Interviewing Instructor – P.E.A.C.E. Model

About the role

Position Summary: Ladgov Corporation is seeking an experienced Investigative Interviewing Instructor to provide instructor-led P.E.A.C.E. Model training to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) personnel. Training will focus on ethical, effective, and outcome-based investigative interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 40 hours of classroom-based P.E.A.C.E. investigative interviewing training
• Teach Planning and Preparation, Engage and Explain, Account/Clarification and Challenge, Closure, and Evaluation
• Use practical, real-world investigative scenarios and adult-learning principles
• Provide course materials and support student learning and participation
• Issue certificates of completion following successful training

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional investigative interviewing experience
• At least 3 years of P.E.A.C.E. Investigative Interviewing experience
• At least 3 years of instructor/training experience
• Strong knowledge of investigative interviewing practices and professional training methods

Location: United States – In-person training at the contractor’s training facility.

Schedule

Monday–Friday; classes may be conducted up to approximately 40 hours per course.
