Inventory & Warehouse Operations Systems Specialist

Chelmsford, Massachusetts | On-site | Contract C2C | Rotational Shifts We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP IM/WM professional to support inventory and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. The Opportunity This role focuses on SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management transactions, functional support, troubleshooting, and end-user training. Key Responsibilities Support SAP Inventory Management processes and transactions.Assist warehouse users with SAP WM activities.Support integration between inventory and warehouse operations.Troubleshoot day-to-day SAP functional issues.Train and support Spanish-speaking operational personnel.Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring and transaction flows. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on IM/WM business-user experience.Strong SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management knowledge.Experience supporting inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.Fluent Spanish and English.Strong troubleshooting and training abilities.Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford.Willingness to work rotational shifts.Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDocs. Preferred Experience Exposure to SAP MM or PP.SAP S/4HANA experience.Relevant SAP certification.
